Looks more like November than July!

365 Cards (Day 123) has a White Space Challenge today.  Nothing in the white space.  The paper is Basic Grey and the stamp is from a challenge I won at Dutch Dare.  I love this little girl.  She looks like one of our grand daughters.  Miss Peyton.   I turned the sketch on its side to incorporate my new stamp.
A Patriotic Card
Last week at The Order of the Opus Gluei only 2 people played along with their patriotic theme, so I am submitting one late.  But this is also for...
ABC Challenge Blog U in for the United States
Wednesday Stamper Your Country's Flag colors to make your creation.
And the Belli Challenge Blog's theme is Patriotic as well.
This week at the Order of the Opus Gluei is  It's a nice day for a white wedding.  Wedding/Marriage, or an all white card.  I did (of course) a sarcastic take on it to live up to my name at The Order.  I hope you all like it.  Excuse the language, but I just couldn't help it.

I had to get over the anger, then sadness at my brother's recent illness to be able to make cards.  He is going to be in the hospital for a lengthy stay so I will still be inconsistent for a while.  Thank you everyone for still popping in and seeing me even though I am a bad blogger lately.  Have a great Canada Day (Canadian Friends) and Happy 4th of July my fellow Americans!!!  Hugs for everybody.

  8. Hi Kristen,

love that wedding card. I laughed and laughed. Hope fabricbutterfly makes hers too. GREAT sentiment!!

Glad you made something for the Poobahs. I couldn't get my head around red white and blue and I felt bad letting them down. Yours is good, and not too over-the-top.

Thinking of you and your family worries......I know what that's like and its a pleasure to lose some real-world time and make a card or two. Keep your sense of humour alive 'cos it helps.
